MRS. STOFFEL DIES AT 76 AFTER ILLNESS

Mrs. Elizabeth Stoffel, 76, of 1*8 N. Elm St. Campbellsport died at 3 p.m. Tuesday at St. Agnes Hospital following a five week illness.
She was born Sept 3, 1891, in the Town of Ashford the daughter of William and Mary Hess Hall. She was married to Jacob Stoffel on Jan 16, 1912 at St. Martin's Church, Ashford.
They moved to Campbellsport in 1931. She was a member of the Christian Mothers and Altar Society of St. Matthew's Church Campbellsport and St. Martin's Church. ,
Mrs. Stoffel is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Paul Koch, Mrs. Leonard Weiland, Mrs. Florian Butschlick, and Mrs. Harold Anders, all of the Campbellsport area. 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and a brother Michael Hall, city.
She was preceded in death by her husband, who died Sept 15, 1955, one brother, one sister and one great grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew's Church, Campbellsport, with the Rev. Warren Schmitt officiating. Burial will be in St. Martin's Cemetery, Ashford.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
