Kenneth Ray Brewster, Jr. 49, passed away Thursday Jan. 25. He was born June 29, 1951, in Holdenville, OK, to Kenneth Ray Brewster, Sr. & Fern Westmoreland Westbrook. Kenneth graduated from Oakhaven High School in Memphis TN, then attended Rose State College & Platt College and worked as a locomotive engineer for the Rock Island Railroad for nine years. He was later employed in the City Planning office of Midwest City. He married Linda Wilbanks in Ripley, TN and to that union were born Gregory Scott of Southhaven, MS & Daniel Paul of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Erin & Christopher; his father, Kenneth Ray Brewster Sr. of Eufaula, OK; his mother, Fern Westbrook of Edmond; two brothers, Leonard Brewster of Madisonville, LA and Henry Brewster of Batesville, AR; three nephews, Jared of Knoxville, TN, Nathan of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Michael of Batesville, AR; niece, Heather Pollett of Fayetteville, AR. Services will be held on Monday, January 29, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bill Eisenhour N.E. Chapel, with burial at Pryor Cemetery in Stuart, OK, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to OK County Mental Health Association or the N.A.M.I. of OK, 230-1900.
