Following an illness of several weeks, George M. Cornwell, aged 82 years, died on Thursday night of last week at his home near Quince Orchard. Surviving him are his wife, formerly Miss Sarah Kidwell of Leesburg, Va., and the following children: Mrs. Theodore Hinton, Mrs. William Nealis, John, George, Richard, Robert and Lorenzo Cornwell. The funeral took place Saturday afternoon from the home, burial being in Forest Oak Cemetery, Gaithersburg. Mr. Cornwell was a native of Loudoun county, Va., but had lived in this county more than 30 years.
