He was proceeded in death by his Parents Nim & Ethel (Jones) Perkins, Wife Inaleen Perkins, Daughter, Jackie Phipps, Siblings, Andy Perkins, Maria Perkins Geneva Perkins, Vangie Perkins, Gilbert Perkins, Martha Reynolds, Lutie Hicks, and Smiley Perkins.
He is survived by his Children, Jonathan (Jeanette) Perkins of Florida, Carolyn (Don) Mitchell of Monticello, Kentucky, Jamie Ford of Somerset, Kentucky, Donnie Ford of Danville, Kentucky, Siblings Bonnie Hicks of Monticello, Kentucky, Grandchildren, Travis, Brianna, Eva, Lexie, Makenzy, Lenna, Liliana, Rosa, Lisa, Anna, Kendra, Heather, Scott, Kayla, Kyle, DJ, Makayla, Selena, Great-Grandchildren Klayton, Kaleb, Alexsis, Alyssia, Aubree, Ryan, Hayden, Landan, Paxton, Prezley, Colton, Jayden.
