Ardys A. Ghesquire, age 74, of Erie, passed away Wednesday night, December 5, 2007 at 9:55 p.m. in Flower Hospital, Toledo. Born September 17, 1933, she was the daughter of Gabriel and Laurene (Stark) Bushroe. She married George Ghesquire May 2, 1953. Sadly he preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Ghesquire was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie. She also enjoyed knitting, sewing, playing bingo and Uno. She is survived by her sons, James (Lynn), George Jr. (Amber) and Michael (Dawn); her daughter, Sandra (Mark) Sharp; son-in-law, Steve Ezakovich; sisters, Mary Bushroe and Genelda Wood; a brother, Doug Bushroe; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Ezakovich; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Friends may visit Friday from 1-8 p.m. at the Erie location of Bennett-Prochnow Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. She will lie instate at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 10:30 a.m. until time of mass 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Erie.
