CHAMBLEE, MISS LORIE E., age 88, of Birmingham, passed away April 11, 2003. She was a member of Liberty Park Baptist Church, retired from the Birmingham School System and was a reside of St. Martins in The Pines for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Chamblee and brother, Horton B. Chamblee. She is survived by her cousins, Earl and Edna Gill, Lillian Garmon Neal, Clyde Garmon, Sandra Gill and Holly Gill Libovic. Visitation will be Sunday, April, 13, from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at Elmwood Chapel. A graveside service will be Monday, April 14, at 3:30 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery with Dr. James Bruton officiating. Ridout's Elmwood Chapel, 205-251-7227, is directing.
