Formerly of Indianapolis, she was a resident of Santa Barbara.
She was a homemaker and a member and past treasurer of the National Square Dancers Association.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur H and Edna Mae Beam Richards; three husbands, Ellsworth William Boyer, Charles Tuplin Wheat, and Orval Elbert Williamson; a son, William Edward Boyer; and her siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Boyer Pennington; six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
