Ocie C. Allen was born Dec. 15, 1914. He retired from Freeze and Nichols Engineering Firm in Fort Worth after a 40-year career. He was a member of Southmont Baptist Church. He married Frances Barnes in Fort Worth in 1943.
He was predeceased by his parents and wife, Frances.
Survivors: Daughters, Janet Crum of Bluff Dale, Barbara Loe of Ponder; son, David Allen of Grapevine; and six grandchildren.
