Frances Mary Draper was the fourth child of Delbert M. Draper and Frances Draper Rogers. She was born prematurely and never thrived, living only 43 days. Her death certificate listing "premature birth/inanition" as the cause of death. She is buried in the family plot at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Gardens, along with her mother, father and maternal grandmother. Her little life deserves to be remembered, and a marker was placed in August, 2008, correcting a 90-year oversight.
