Larry was preceded in death by his parents and two of his siblings, being his sister, Lula Lee Sparks Alaniz and his younger brother Richard Wayne Otto (Find-a-Grave #16283973, where Richard is linked to his adopted family) . He is survived by his wife, Debra Kelley and his two children, daughter, Angela Sparks of Atascosita, TX and son Zachary Sparks of Round Rock TX, along with two grandchildren being Lane Conley, and Caitlin Conley. He was also survived by three brothers, Edward Sparks and wife Pam, of George West, TX, Johann Benkendorfer and wife Marguerite, of Friendswood TX, and Allen Sparks and wife Lynne, of Brewton, AL. He is also survived by four sisters being Joyce Ann Woods of Spring TX, Ruby Benkendorfer Freeze of Three Rivers, TX, Nora Jean "Cricket" Kirkman and husband Norman of Greenville, TX, and youngest sister Jodi Heras and her husband Adan of Alice TX. Larry loved hunting, fishing, raising horses, and was very much an outdoorsman. He loved taking his grandchildren four-wheeling on his property and teaching them about country life. He will be missed by many close lifetime friends and his STCH family.
