McCULLAH, Dorothy M. age 83, of Dayton, OH passed away November 20, 2004 at Heartland of Indian Lake. Dorothy was born March 20,1921 in LaFollette, TN the daughter of Daniel and Hassie (Barnes) Garrett. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, sister and two brothers. She is survived by her husband Earl McCullah of 62 yrs; daughters Carole (Tony) Walsh of Lakeview, OH, Janice (Dennis) Clase of Huntsville, OH; son Bob McCuIIah of Dayton, OH; grandchildren Kimberly Richison, Timothy Richison, Cindy (Tim) Turner, Rob McCullah, Kristen (Timmy) Nelson and five great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 23, 2004 from noon to 2:00 PM with services beginning at 2:00 PM at Terebinski-Jennings Funeral Home 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City, OH. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Dayton, OH.
