MANILA, Utah—Funeral services for Ethel Hortense Triplett Brady Abbott were conducted at the McKinnon Ward Chapel in McKinnon at noon Saturday, March 14. A viewing took place from 11-noon. Mrs. Abbott lived in McKinnon for many years. Most of her children grew to adulthood in those years.

She later lived in Green River, Tooele, Utah and Salt Lake City.

She had been ill for several months and died at the home of her daughter, Peggy Benson, in Salt Lake City.

Mrs. Abbott married Simeon Brady in 1914. He died in 1938. She later married Leon Abbott in Dec. of 1942. He died in 1952.

She is survived by seven children, Ferl Smith of Manila, Utah, Vonda Clark of Sunset, Utah, Welby Brady of Newburg, Ore., Max Brady of Yamhill, Ore., Rhea Martin of Roy, Utah, Donna Carter of Moscow, Idaho and Peggy Benson of Salt Lake City, and more than 47 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by one sister, Zelda Brady of Green River and one brother, Ruel Triplett of Green River.
