He was born April 29, 1965 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Sherril A. and Mary Ann Strasters Shaw. Perry married Camille Daly in Tooele, Utah. Perry owned and operated Ironclad Tattoo Studio. Tattooing was his passion as well as being an accomplished artist. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson and hydraulics.
