Delores Dawkins Shepard, 68, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at Woltz Hospice House in Dobson, NC.
Mrs. Shepard was born December 14, 1952, in Richmond County, the daughter of the late Roy and Frances Blakely Dawkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband of 43 years, Stephen James "Buddy" Shepard.
Left to chiersh her memories are her children, Greg Shepard of Rockingham, Mandy Blue (Spergie) of Yadkinville, and Amber Shepard of Rockingham; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held privately at Northam Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Harmony Baptist Church, c/o Glenda Stutts, 195 Carroll Farm Rd. Rockingham, NC 28379.
