Acquaintances of Jim Hessenflow, former rural mail carrier here, have learned of his death which occurred in Council Bluffs Christmas night. He had been in ill health for some time and in the care of relatives at that place. The funeral occurred on Tuesday from funeral parlors in Council Bluffs and burial was in the cemetery at Glenwood, Iowa, which was his boyhood home, and where his wife is buried...
