Glenn Cornwell was raised on the Cornwell family farm in the Baton Rouge section of Chester Co., SC. along with brothers Lucius and Jimmy. He graduated from Chester High School in 1973 and University of South Carolina in 1977 (BS Mechanical Engineering). His engineering career consisted of various engineering positions with Duke Power Company at Catawba Nuclear Station in York Co., SC. Glenn, Deborah and family resided in Rock Hill, SC. In his retirement years, Glenn enjoyed managing the Cornwell family farm where he grew up. Glenn was well liked by his many Cornwell relatives and by his many friends in the Baton Rouge community. He will be well remembered and sorely missed by all who knew him.
