Louis Edward Broderick Sr, 89, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023 peacefully at Audubon Norton Hospital. Born on November 5, 1933 in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was Catholic by faith, a Navy Veteran and a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. He retired as a butcher from ConAgra after 36 years and custodian at First Lutheran Church after 20 years.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years Donna L Broderick, grandson Sean M Hiser, sisters Mary Maddox, Deloris Adair, Doris Hall, and brothers Pat, Donnie & Bobby Broderick.

He is survived by children Pamela Hiser, Louis E Broderick Jr. (Cindy Edelen) and Tina Wheeler (Dickie); grandchildren Abigail Hall (Danny), Matthew Hiser (Erica), Nick Wheeler, Kelly Wheeler and Daniel Wheeler; two great-grandchildren Henry Hall, Karma Renfro and one on the way; brothers William Broderick and Thomas Broderick.

Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, June 15, 2023 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Church with interment at Evergreen Cemetery
