Joseph S. Hobaugh, aged 51, a stone and building contractor, died in his home near here today. He was a graduate of Grove City College. Twenty-five years ago he came here and since has been engaged in the contracting business, having erected many of the city's largest buildings, including the Carnegie Library, the new high school and several churches. He was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal Church. He leaves his widow, four daughters and three sons.
