Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Cofer, 72, who died at 7 p.m. Friday at the Cozby-Germany Hospital here after a short illness, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Crea-gerville Methodist Church with Rev. Eldon Crump, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Grand Saline, officiating. Burial will be in the Creager-ville Cemetery with Bartley Funeral Home of Grand Saline in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Cofer had lived in and around Grand Saline for the past 60 years. She was a member the First Baptist Church of Grand Saline and a member of the Woodmen Circle. Surviving are her husband, Ester Cofer of Grand Saline; two sons, Gordon Halton Cofer Memphis, Tenn., and Joe Cofer Weatherford; daughters, Mrs. Flor-ine Munster, Dallas; Mrs. Christine Murphy of Irving;' six sisters, Mrs. Minnie Brooks of Milam, Tenn.; Mrs. Delia Carroll of Dallas, Mrs. Annie Clark of Olney, Mrs. Myrtle Pugh of Grand Saline, Mrs. Lena Redfern of Dallas and Mrs. Ella Start of Irving: four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Ray Pugh, Perry Pugh, James Pugh, Bobby Murphy and Paul White.
