Jesse Ray Clark, 72, of near Union Bridge, died at his home Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. He was born July 15, 1888, in Frederick County, and was a son of the late John and Elizabeth Butler Johnson Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Marie Milberry Clark, and the following ten children: Lester Clark, Oakland, Cal.; Clarence Clark, Westminster; Mrs. Beatrice Thomson, New Windsor; George M. Clark, Westminster; Mrs. Audrey Beard, Boring, Md.; Mrs. Louise Davis, near Union Bridge; Mrs. Helen Nokes, Union Bridge; Miss Thelma Clark, Union Bridge; Miss Edith Clark, at home; and Orville Clark, also at home.
Funeral services will be held at the Union Bridge funeral home of D. D. Hartzler and Sons, Friday at 12 o'clock. Officiating will be Rev. Buster Grimes and Rev. Clarence Govans. Interment will be in the John Wesley Cemetery, Libertytown.
