Mrs. Lola Manning Dawson, 1226 29th-av, s, died Saturday at a local hospital.

Mrs. Dawson, widow of Fish C. Dawson, was a native of Chilton County. She resided in Birmingham the last 30 years.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Julia Mae Smith, teacher at Crestline Heights School; a son, Ben L. Dawson, Birmingham; six grandsons, two granddaughters and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at Johns-Ridout's Chapel, the hour to be announced. The Rev. John H. Riley will officiate. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery in Chilton County.
