John was married (1)to Rodias Carter - they had 10 children:
Albert W, Ezra Jeremiah, Jessie J, William N, Sarah Ann, Alson David Wright, Azel F, Minerva , Cynthia Maria, Eliza Jane
Married (2) Eliza Ann Carter Rodias' sister. they had one child Willmina L Minnie Conaway Hill

In John's Will - he give very specific instructions as to his burial. Since there is no other cemeteries in Fredericktown, I am putting him here until another location can be found. There is nothing in the cemetery that fits this description. At least one other family member - his wife is supposedly buried here, and by the description which say "our folks" there appear to be others. Could be that it was on a private burial ground, not in the cemetery proper? The graves may have been removed, or that the family did not follow the instructions. Incorrect spellings are as in will - dated Feb 17 1904:
"I direct that my body be enclosed in the same kind of casket as that my late wife was burried in, and burried beside my wife at Fredrictown, Penna and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. I also direct my executor to enclose the graves of our folks at Fredrictown with a galvanized steel fence four feet high. That the locust posts be eight inches thick set in the ground three feet deep and filled around with cement. That my executor have a plate for each grave placed on the fence solid and fast with name date ?? of each person enclosed."
