Dr. Charles "Chuck" Clifford Campbell, Jr., 79, passed away on June 21, 2023. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on March 30, 1944 to Charles Clifford Campbell, Sr. and Lorene Tubbs Campbell, whom both precede him in death. Chuck is survived by his bonus mom, Edna Campbell; and bonus brothers and sisters, Judy, Linda, Kay, Richard, and Rex.
In lieu of flowers, Chuck's family suggests making donations in his memory to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
The visitation will be on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 10am until 11am in the Maple Room of Johns Ridout's Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 11 am. Chuck will be laid to rest beside his parents at Birmingham's Historic Elmwood Cemetery.
