Earl Arbie Bethany was born July 29, 1902 in Arkansas to William Marion Bethany and Laura Ann Kuhn. He married May Asher around 1925 in Oklahoma and had one son, Andrew William Bethany. Earl was primarily a farmer, and settled in the Salisaw, Oklahoma area. He never remarried, and lived most of his life with his widowed sister Millie Blaylock. He was a deacon at the local Church for over fifty years. Earl passed away in 1991 in his sleep.
