Leslie Everett Chruma, 86, a native of Kolin and resident of Houma, died Friday, March 21, 2008.
He is survived by three sons, Gary Everett Chruma and wife, Anne, of Kingwood, Texas, Robin Lyle Chruma and wife, Mona, and Douglas Lynn Chruma and wife, Kimberly, of Houma; one daughter, Sandee Vinson Chruma of Houma; five grandsons, Robin Leslie Chruma, Brenden Kyle Vinson, Jeremy Paul Chruma of Houma, Kelly Christopher Chruma of Mobile, Ala., and Ryan Naquin of Houma; three granddaughters, Lacee Dianne Chruma, April Lynn Chruma Dazee and Andee Lynn Churma Dazee of Houma; seven great-grandchildren, Christopher Chruma, Brittany Chruma, Garrett Chruma, Lee Lena Jr., Lyle Dazee, Aaron Joseph Dazee, Hailie Alissa Dazee; and one great-great-granddaughter, Camden Naquin of Houma.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Elizabeth Jones Chruma; his parents, Joseph Frank Chruma and Katie Isabelle Wright; and one grandson, Jeremy Paul Chruma.
He was a retired welder for Columbia Gas System. He was a Protestant.
