SEAFORD - Sophia Fota O'Shaughnessy of 105 N. Front Street was dead on arrival Sunday February 24, 1980, in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital after an apparent heart attack at home. She was 86. She was the daughter of Valentine Fota and Elizabeth (nee' Spager) Fota.

She is survived by a son, Thomas J. of Seaford; a daughter, Rita O. Manning of Charlestown, Indiana; a brother, George Fota of San Jose, California; two sisters, Ann Roxboril of Johnson City, N.Y., and Lena Pecka of Binghampton, N.Y., seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 532 Stein Highway.

Friends may call Tuesday night at Watson Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the memorial fund of the church.
