Mr. Robert "Bob" Ray Harper Sr, 73, of St. Albans passed away peacefully on June 27th, 2023, after battling a long illness.

Bob worked for Greyhound and Advantage Coach, where he discovered his passion for driving buses. He often talked about his many adventures during his employment with them. Bob was also a volunteer firefighter for the Pinch Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid deer hunter, enjoyed riding four wheelers and fishing.

Bob is proceeded in death by his parents Raymond W. Harper and Georgia F. Harper- White, his brothers Raymond and William Harper and his sisters Deborah and Elizabeth Harper and his granddaughter, Bridgett Sacks.

Bob is survived by his 9 children: Robert Jr. "BJ", Cindy, Krista, Christopher, Sarah, Joshua, Allison, Jacob, and Noah and his 10 grandchildren: David, Dakota, Sean, Alyssa, Corey, Aniya, Emily, Skylar, Lowen and Raelynn and 1 great-granddaughter, Emberly. He is also survived by 2 brothers, Denzil and Charles "Chucky" and 3 sisters, Cheryl, Linda and Renee.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
