A homemaker and a resident and a native of White Castle, she was entrusted to God's loving care on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 80. Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, White Castle, on Thursday, Oct. 11, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Friday from 8 a.m. until procession at 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church on Friday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Gary Belsome, celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery. Survivors of Grace are three daughters and sons-in-law, Ellen Bordelon and Gaston Louis, Gonzales, Stacy and Randy Loyd, Shavertown, Pa., and Carla and Jody Gascon, Port Allen; son, David Wayne and companion, Roland Glover, Baton Rouge; and three grandchildren, Duane Bordelon and Garrett and Carson Gascon. Preceded in death by her husband, Bruce G. Brown; parents, Clarence and Grayce Hebert Saurage; sister, Joan Daigle; and two brothers, Donald and Clarence Saurage.
