Kenneth Elton Simmons "Boss"
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 11, 1993 for Kenneth Elton Simmons, 60, who died at Physicians Regional Hospital. He was born 29 Jul 1932 in Clearlake, Collin Co, Tx. Rev A.L. Draper officiated at First Baptist Church of Wylie. Burial was in Nevada Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Euna Faye (Martin) Simmons of Nevada; sons Johnny Simmons of Wylie, and Jerry Simmons, holly Lake; daughter, Cathy Harper of Nevada and brothers, Willie Dee Strickland of Wylie and Bobby Simmons of Wylie.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Winnie Benson Simmons; father James Madison Simmons; and two brothers, Lee Chester Simmons, and James Madison Simmons, Jr.

Allen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Served as a Staff Sergeant US Air Force in Korea.
