Mrs. Matilda Waston Ziglar of Slate Branch died at her home yesterday afternoon. She was born December 4,1872 and married J.J.Ziglar in March ,1899.To that union was born nine children of whom six survive. Mrs.Ziglar's husband died last August. Mrs. Ziglar was a member of the Slate Branch Baptist Church and was a faithful member,supporting it in every way as long as her health permitted.
Mrs. Ziglar is survived by five sons;Tom,John,Chester,and Lester of New Castle,Indiana; Bill of Somerset; a dauhter,Roxie Ziglar. 21 grand children and two great grand children. She preceeded in death by a daughter Mary Nancy Ziglar Stone.
Funeral services were held at the Slate Branch Baptist Church Friday afternoon ; burial was in the adjoining cemetry.
