Bean Station - K.B. Howerton, 47, of Route 2, Bean Station, died 12:02 Sunday morning at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. He was a member of Adriel Baptist Church and Tate Springs Masonic Lodge No. 438. Survivors include his sons, Russell and David, both of Mosheim; two-grandchildren; mother, Cressie Howerton Long of Bean Station; and sister, Ina Lee Lamb of Bean Station. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Adriel Baptist Church with the Revs. Billy Carroll and Olaf Atkins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
