Sarah Gormley, died on May 8, 1938 at the age of 90. She died from Chronic Myocarditis. She was a parishioner of Saint Aloysius Church when she died. She was buried in a free grave with Genaro Cosentino. Sarah was placed over top of him on May 10, 1938, his grave was also free. The two being buried together does not mean that they were relatives. At the time that the cemetery had to bury someone for free, they maintained the right to use a lot to bury two or more people in. Also it could mean that they were relatives and died so close together that the family could have requested from the cemetery that they be buried together. ( In this case they were not related ). Her funeral home was Perry and Walsh. Burial was in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Washington, DC.
