Thorsby, AL 35171JAMES GRADY ADAMS, age 75 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on July 16, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Chilton County on November 13, 1947.
He was a former painter. Grady enjoyed the outdoors where he would spend time camping, hunting, and fishing. He loved to travel with his late wife, Carolyn. He also loved to participate in a good dominos game of Mexican Train. He was passionate about attending church and worshiping the Lord at Faith Full Gospel Church in Jemison.
He is preceded in death by: Wife, Carolyn Faye Adams; and Son, Lester Joseph Dennis, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Burnette officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in the Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery in Thorsby, AL.
