Hendrickson Alyssa Joanelle, age 26 of Mpls. died Wednesday, November 5, 2003 at the Hennepin County Medical Center; the victim of a homicide. She was born July 7, 1977 in Ely; the daughter of Marty and Jayne (Suomi) Hendrickson and attended Mpls. Public Schools. She was an avid Minnesota Sports fan; and attended of the ICCM Church in Minneapolis. Her caring spirit was evident in the compassion she had for her family and friends in need. Alyssa is survived by her parents, Jayne Hendrickson of Hibbing and Marty (Jeannie) Hendrickson of Embarrass; siblings, Amy Hendrickson of Babbitt, Allison Hendrickson of Mpls., John Hendrickson of Dallas, TX, Joseph Hendrickson of Mt. Iron, Benjamin Hendrickson of Hibbing, Jeff Wallner of Virginia, Isaac Hendrickson of Embarrass; grandparents, John & Jean Suomi of Babbitt and Geraldine & Howard Koski of Ely; aunts and uncles, Joan (Gary) Mellesmoen of Tower, Janelle (Joey) Poderzay of Soudan, Tami (Craig) Lassi of Sauk Rapids, Jean (Kevin) Nelson of Babbitt; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Alden Hendrickson.
