James Francis "Hap" Hazard of Alexandria, VA, died at his home on August 14, 2005.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jeannine Hazard; his son Joseph Taranto (Cheryl) Hazard; and two grandchildren, Tony, and Kelli.
Hap was a veteran of the Korean War. He retired from the Federal work force and General Electric, and was a member of the American Legion Post 176, the Eagles, Elks, VFW, Moose Lodge, Mount Vernon Masonic Lodge, and Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
The family will receive family and friends at the Dumaine Funeral Home. Services will be private and burial at the Oakwood Cemetery in Ottawa, IL.
