Violet G. (Tondryk) Francis, 94, of Duluth, went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2022.
She was born on July 3, 1927 in Verndale, MN to Edward and Jessie Valure. Violet married Michael A Tondryk on March 8, 1946.
She worked as a teacher's aide at Irving School for several years. Violet was a member of Elim Lutheran Church and enjoyed calling Bingo at the Harrison Community Center. She enjoyed traveling with her cousin, Leola. Violet was so loved and her family meant everything to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Michael Anton Tondryk; a son, Steven Tondryk; a grandson, Brian Mrozik; brothers, Virgil, Donald, Duane and Edward "John" Valure; a sister, Jessie "Toots" Glader.
Violet is survived by her children, Charlene (Jim) Mrozik, Michelle (George) Martin, Mike (Karon) Tondryk, Brenda (Randy) Chumich and Annette (Jim) Peterson; a sister, Diane (Phil) Bretz; a sister-in-law, Della Valure; 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
