Daniel B. Enyeart took his final spin around the Race Track of Life at age 74 in Bellingham, WA, after battling heart problems.

He was born in Springdale, WA to Mary Banks Enyeart (later, Felch) and Daniel Orlando Enyeart who preceded him in death, along with older brother, Walter Enyeart.

A private family service was held on March 19th at Hawthorne Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Mount Vernon, WA. A Celebration of his Life will be held at the same location on Thursday, April 3rd at 2 PM.

Dan grew up in Mount Vernon where he attended elementary - high school, graduating in 1952. He married Cay Cleveland, moving to San Diego, CA where he became a Military Policeman after enlisting in US Marine Corp.

Dan shifted gears, moving back to Mount Vernon where they completed their family with four children and he began to live out his dream with the birth of the Bay View Timing Association. Dan presided over this drag strip group and delivered many fine additional automotive inspired community events.

He continued working in the automotive industry driven by his love for preservation, restoration and the furthering of the Twentieth Century Automotive Culture. As well, as a freelance writer and photographer Dan had a burden for perpetuation of Constitutional Law, whereby he wrote many commentaries, held public educational advisories and made materials available from his 45 years of research on historical law.

He crossed over the final finish line leaving sons, David Enyeart and wife Sunny and Brian Enyeart all of Terre Haute, IN; daughters, Lindy and her husband Ken Couch of Arlington, WA and Michele with her husband, Larry Houser of Hamilton, WA; the children's mother, Cay Wright of Delta Junction, AK; grandsons, Sean Damien, Ryan, Nathan, Aaron and TJ; granddaughters, Angela, Nicole, Kati; brother, George Enyeart and wife, Marian; sisters Marie Prestmo and husband, George and Mary Lou Brady and husband, Dwaine; sister-in-law, Jane Hiltz and many fine nieces and nephews.
