MARYDEL, DE - Adam Dale Greenly, Sr. passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022.
He was born in Milford, Delaware, on November 19, 1977, to Dale Alan Greenly and Tamara Rains.
Adam married his high school sweetheart, April and they have two amazing children, Ashley and Adam, Jr.
Adam was into cars and loved working and riding on his Harley Davidson. He always lived life in the fast lane, living it to the fullest. He was a very approachable man, everyone who met him, instantly loved him, he even had random people just show up all time just to sit and chat. He was an avid music lover, he loved everything from country to classic rock, hard rock, especially Metallica, and even some country rap like Ryan Upchurch and Adam Calhoun.
He was preceded in death by his Poppops, John Hubert Greenly and Timmy Lee Rains; mother-in-law, Janet Elaine Adams; his 2nd cousin, Victor Greenly; his uncle, Greg "Bucky" Rains; and his uncle, Billy Joe Smith.
Adam is survived by his wife of 24 years, April Greenly; his daughter, Ashley Greenly (Corey Wells); his son, Adam Dale Greenly, Jr. (Ashley Kuhn); his mother, Tamara Greenly; his father, Dale Greenly, Sr.; his grandmothers, Louise Rains, and Marie Greenly; his brothers, Jason Greenly (Anne), Dale Greenly, Jr. (Valerie), and Shane Greenly; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life held for Adam so get ready for the party. Updates to follow via Facebook. Private Interment will be at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
