Larry was born February 26, 1948, to Burl Billue and Cora (Benson) Billue In Broken Arrow, OK He was the seventh of eight children. He graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1966. Larry met the love of his life, Janice Hall, while attending Tulsa Business College. In September of 1968, they were married. Janice entered this marriage with two daughters, Jessie and Irene. And then to their union was born a son, Jason. At the time of their marriage they resided in Sand Springs, where he began his life long career in the glass industry. In 1976 they moved to Catoosa, where he continued his career until his retirement in 2006. He remained at that residence until his passing. Larry was the loving caregiver of his wife until her passing in December of 2022. He enjoyed spending time with his family, giving his grandchildren and great grandkids rides on his tractor. He loved hosting 4th of July, watching OU football games, going to the Pawnee Steam Engine show and tractor pull with his brother, and giving popsicles to his grandkids.
