Mrs. Marie Verna Holloway, age 96 of North Wilkesboro widow of Jesse Eldon Holloway, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023, at her home.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel. Burial will be at Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Wilkes, PO Box 306, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
