Franklin Charles Ludden Aug. 24, 1921 - Feb. 15, 2011 Franklin Charles Ludden was born August 24, 1921 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. He had one brother, Allen. Frank moved to Corpus Christi, Texas when he was seven years old and graduated from Corpus Christi High School in 1939. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1948. Frank served in the Army during World War II in the 282nd Engineer Combat Battalion and received the Purple Heart. He worked for PPG in Corpus Christi, Texas and Lake Charles, Louisiana before retiring and moving to Lago Vista, Texas in 1986. He was a member of the Rotary Club and a past president of the Lions Club. Frank is survived by his son Daniel, daughter-in-law Karol, grandchildren Jacob and Vivian, daughter Lynn, son-in-law Scott, and sister-in-law Betty.
