On Tuesday evening last the Angel of Death hovered around the sick bed of Mrs. A.J. Phillips and wafted her immortal soul to the heavenly realms above. The death was a sad one. Mrs. Phillips was a true woman in every sense of the word. A kind mother and an affectionate wife. In her death six small children have been maternally robbed, the husband of a good and industrous wife, and the community a good neighbor. Our entire sympathy reaches out to the bereaved.
