Services will be at 1:30 p.m. CST today in Farwell Church of Christ with Greg Martin and Preston Martin officiating. Burial will be in Texico Cemetery in Texico, N.M., by Muffley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lunsford was born May 8, 1929, to Denver Earl and Vera Henrietta Foster Watkins in Friona. She married Buster Leon Lunsford on May 5, 1948, in Clovis, N.M.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Lunsford of Lubbock, Rick Lunsford of Arlington and Buddy Lunsford of Farwell; a daughter, Vickie Day of Fort Worth; a brother, Kenneth Watkins of Belen, N.M.; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1856, Clovis, NM 88101.
