James Lee "Jimmy" Arnold, 67, of Transom Court, died Monday, July 31, 2023 at Maria Parham Health. Born November 26, 1955 in Henry County, VA, he was the son of the late Edwin Leon "Dude" Arnold and Olivia Arrington "Pat" Arnold. He was retried from DuPont in Chesterfield, VA where he worked as a pipe fitter. No services are planned at this time. James is survived by his wife, Betty Taylor Arnold of the home; his son, Tyler Mason Arnold of Richmond; three sisters, Brenda A. Patton (Joe) of Fieldale, VA, Linda A. Hundley of Martinsville, VA, and Patty Arnold of Soddy Daisy, TN; a brother, Johnnie Arnold of Fieldale, VA; and his faithful four legged companions, "Gizmo," "Zowie," and "Dazie." In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Richmond SPCA, 2519 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA, 23220.
