Margaret "Maggi" Elizabeth Parker passed away, unexpectedly, in her sleep on Friday, February 24, 2023. She is survived by her husband David; her son Samuel; and four 1st cousins.

Maggi was born in Waterbury Connecticut. Her parents were Richard Joseph O'Sullivan and Elizabeth Rose Lacondi. Maggi moved to Florida along her parents and her brother, Michael in 1972. She lived in Maitland and later, Winter Park. She attended grade school in Maitland and finished high school at Winter Park High. She would move on to Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She would soon be accepted to the Florida State School of Law.

After graduation and passing the Florida Bar, Maggi served the state of Florida in the Florida Department of Education, the Florida Public Service Commission [water], and returned to the Department of Education. She taught several semesters of education law at Florida State University. Maggi left the Department of Education in order to take care of her deceased brother's affairs. She would later take a job, doing contract legal work for the New York City Department of Education.

Maggi was a steadfast and considerate friend, a loving companion and a beloved wife and mother.
