Jacksonville--A Missouri Metal worker plunged to his death from a water tank here Thursday as his wife looked on in horror.
Dorwin Cornwell, 38, was perched on the 60-foot tower cutting supporting girders when he fell.
Police said that Cornwell landed on girders which he had cut from the tower and died at a local hospital about an hour after the fall.
Cornwell, whose wife, Dorothy, was watching, was from Purdin, Mo.
