He was born March 31, 1928, in Planada, to Harry and Florence Cumming.
Cumming served in the Air Force from 1946-1952.
Most of his life, he worked as a carpenter in Arizona, Southern California and Butte County were among his homes before moving to Willows in 1994.
Survivors include three sons; a sister; and two grandchildren.
Neptune Society of Northern California in Chico handled the arrangements.

They supposedly gave birth to 3 sons, Harry and Willard and Zachary.
