Alice June was the original Alice Cooper. She was a long-time resident of Bloomington, Indiana where she lived since 1960 with a few winters in Naples, Florida to thaw out. She and Lou Sr. lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Santa Ana and Oakland California; Panama Canal Zone; Kansas City, Missouri. and North Carolina before settling in Indiana. June graduated from Indiana University in 1970 and was a member of the Association of Interior Designers and worked for Kittle's Furniture in Bloomington, Indiana.
Alice June was a member of the First Baptist Church which became the First United Church of Bloomington, Indiana. June studied the Bible and was one of God's most devoted followers. Heaven will be waiting for June to join her husband again.
June lived her final years in Independence Hall in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was beloved by staff and residents who appropriately called her June Bug.
June loved the color blue, which matched her vibrant blue eyes that shown bright to everyone who met her.
June loved to read, everything from newspapers, magazines, books, pamphlets, to just the back of any package. She never missed a moment to learn something new.
