Mr. Napier was born in Lakeland, Florida on May 12, 1962 to Albert Wilson Napier, Jr. He lived most of his life in South Georgia and was a farm technician for Charles Williams Farms.
He was preceded in death by his father, A.W. Napier, Jr.
A graveside service for Mr. Napier will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Cook County. Mr. Napier's family will provide eulogies and remarks for the service.
