Mrs. Amerlia Graham, 55, resident of Decatur for 23 years, died Saturday at 4:45 p.m. in her home at 915 West Center street. She had been ill since Jan. 5, of paralysis. She was the wife of J.E. Graham and mother of Rollie Graham, proprietors of the Graham Sausage Co.
Mrs. Graham as born Aug. 19, 1878 in Assumption, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. M.D. Anderson, late residents of Moweaqua. She married J.E. Graham on March 26, 1896.
Her husband and the following children survive: Rollie, James A. and Elizabeth Jeanette. She also leaves a granddaughter, Gloria Jean Graham; four sisters, Mrs. Samuel Miller, Mrs. George Jackson and Mrs. Charles Helse of Decatur and Mrs. Estelle Board of Moweaqua.
Mrs. Graham was a member of the Baptist church in Taylorville. She was well known in Assumption, Taylorville, Moweaqua and Decatur.
